Hot Dog Sales Help Pay for Church Air Conditioner

BECKLEY -- The Second Baptist Church has been without air conditioning this summer and is using money from hot dog sales to purchase an air conditioner.
So far, members of the church working on raising money for the air conditioner said the outcome is looking good, thanks to help from the community.
Faith Booker said she hopes the community knows they are very thankful for their generosity.
"It lets us know that the community is willing to step in and support us," said Booker. "We also help out in our community as well."
The church will have a "Women's Day Program" on Aug. 14.
